The Garland County Library is expanding. Construction began on the Library’s North Branch location on Highway 7 North, just past the HSV West Gate.

August 7, 2026 Update:

GCL and TKS Architecture & Design staff toured Morin Corp.'s Little Rock plant to see how the architectural metal panels for the North Branch Library are made. We are proud to emphasize Arkansas-made materials throughout this project.
