Booking a Meeting Room has never been easier

A New, Streamlined System

The GCL Adult Services Department is pleased to announce a new, streamlined system for booking public meeting rooms. All future meeting room reservations will be handled through our online portal, providing patrons with an easier and more efficient way to view room availability and submit requests.

Patrons can access the new booking site at calendar.gclibrary.com/browse-rooms or by visiting the library’s Calendar page and selecting “Room Bookings.”

Requests submitted through the portal will be reviewed and confirmed by library staff. This new process ensures up-to-date availability, fewer scheduling conflicts, and a smoother experience for everyone using our community spaces.

We have several options available for groups of 14 up to 115. Our Gordonelle Williams Hall (115 maximum) is great for larger meetings, lectures and music performances. Smaller rooms have capacities of 14 to 20, perfect for a smaller group or educational presentation.
