Visit the Garvan Gardens Book Trail through the month of June, FREE with your library card!

Garden County Library card holders can access Garvan Gardens completely free for the month of June while also checking out the Book Trail.

This June, families are invited to experience storytime in a whole new way as the Garland County Library and Garvan Woodland Gardens partner together for another special Book Trail adventure..
Beginning June 1, visitors can walk the trail to the Children’s Garden while reading What the Dinosaurs Did Last Night: A Very Messy Adventure by Refe and Susan Tuma page by page along the path. The playful and imaginative story follows a group of toy dinosaurs as they create hilarious overnight messes and mischief, turning an ordinary walk through the gardens into an interactive reading experience for children and families alike.
The Book Trail will be available throughout the month of June only and encourages visitors to combine literacy, outdoor exploration, and family fun in one memorable activity.
As part of the partnership, Garland County Library cardholders receive free admission to Garvan Woodland Gardens. Children ages 3 and under are always admitted free. Additionally, library cardholders who purchase any adult membership may add a child membership at no extra cost.
The Garland County Library and Garvan Woodland Gardens continue to work together to promote reading, creativity, and community engagement through unique experiences designed for all ages.
